Why do we eat?
Here are the three main reasons why we eat:
1. Hunger - Your body has a physical need for food.
2. Appetite - You have a physical desire for food based on taste or senses.
3. Comfort - You have an emotional desire for food based on your mood.
Can you recognize the differences between these three in your body?
